The Sugar Hutch delivers nationwide across New Zealand.

Shipping Rates

Auckland: $8.50 NZD
Rest of New Zealand: $14.50 NZD
International: $35.00 NZD

All prices include GST.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. During peak periods (Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

Delivery Times

Auckland: 1–2 business days
Rest of New Zealand: 2–4 business days
International: 7–14 business days

Please note delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier availability.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at sales@thesugarhutch.co.nz or 09 212 4804. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Gift Delivery

We offer delivery directly to your gift recipient. Simply enter their address as the shipping address at checkout. A complimentary gift card message can be included with your order.
